SociaFly is committed to providing an ad-free experience. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated.

SociaFly offers free browsing for users, allowing unlimited access to event listings without any hidden fees.

Users are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly within the SociaFly community.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Users are solely responsible for the content they post and the events they organize on SociaFly. SociaFly is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from user actions or violations of these terms and conditions.
14. No Liability for User Violations:
SociaFly is not responsible for the actions of individual users who violate these terms and conditions. Users engaging in inappropriate behavior or violating our guidelines are solely responsible for the consequences of their actions.
15. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes arising from the use of SociaFly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
